Jim and Frez arrived on time. They were very efficient and installed new furness and explained what they were doing as work progressed. Nice young men.

A review of the service of Reggie (Service Pro) on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 3/1/2017

Reggie repaired a slow leak in a copper pipe that feeds into our Navien Hot Water heater which was purchased from and installed by Greenwood several years ago. Reggie is a great communicator and explained what needed to be done. He was efficient and very polite and addressed my concerns about the cost of the repair. He has great people skills and is an honest and thoughtful person. He and Ken, the other service pro, whose name I could not find in your list, worked well together and were able to fix the problem on the same day they came for the diagnostic appointment. We have been in our home for 43 years and are probably one of your oldest customers. Greenwood has installed 2 heating systems, 1 hot water heater and 8 solar panels over the years. Great service! 2/23/2017

Mike arrived to our cold house and quickly diagnosed the problem with the furnace. The new motor had to be ordered, and early estimates were that it would take days to get the part and schedule the service. Instead, Mike picked up the part on his way home from the distributor, and was on the schedule the following day to fix everything. The house is warm again. He's a nice guy, knows what he's doing, and did what he could to offer a great service. Thanks! more

Installation of Boiler and Hot water tank for Radiant Heating System and household water 12/27/2016

This team of 3-4 did a professional job, very pretty and functional. Had a great "bedside manner" and took time to explain the system and different functions. Excellent work. We would definitely return to Greenwood Heating for future HVAC needed work. Dennis Lowenthal more

Knowledgeable, polite and efficient mini split ductless install 11/4/2016

I have no doubt that we will thoroughly enjoy our new ductless heat AND AC for years to come. John and his team were professional, tidy and left our home spotless each day they were here. One thing I have to say is that Greenwood came to my home, gave me a quote and were installing the units within a week. We had several others firms come to do a quote and we never heard from them again and ours was a good size job. more

We have Greenwood do our service every year. Reggie who came this year is the gold standard for service technicians. If only every company was as good as Greenwood, and every tech as good as Reggie. I don't know how they recruit and train these folks, but it's really a rarity these days. Two thumbs up. more

Consistently Professional and Reliable! 9/29/2016

Greenwood Heating and A/C installed our new Lennox furnace in 2010, and we've had it serviced each year by their talented crew ever since. Most recently, Service Pro Reggie did the honors - he was on-time, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. He provided some very helpful tips on how best to manage our heating and cooling system throughout the year, so we can get the most out of it. Each year we opt for the pre-paid service, and it's an excellent way to go. Greenwood Heating and A/C is highly recommended for quality, reliability, and value! more

Maintenance and repair of tankless water heater 9/26/2016

Pat came out several times to trouble shoot code error generated from tankless water heater. Patience and willingness to resolve the problem was outstanding. He refused to give up and didn't suggest the problem with a nonfunctional water heater was my fault or that I should reach out to a different company. More importantly he did his best to find a solution that didn't result in replacing unnecessary parts in the water heater that could have been costly. more

Great Service 9/3/2016

I have been using Greenwood Heating since they installed my furnace in 2010. I love the option of prepaying for the next years service. For me, it ensures that I remember to schedule the annual maintenance (even if a bit late). And I like knowing that I can get emergency service from them at a lower cost. This year the person who did the service was Hicham and he was prompt, courteous, and helpful. I have had a good experience each year. more

We just has our annual furnace maintenance performed by Ryan. Very professional. He pointed out some problems and gave us options to address them, There was no hard sell for services. He forgot to tell us one minor problem about the furnace and called us after he left to tell us about that problem. Very considerate. 5 stars to Brian more
