Jim and Frez arrived on time. They were very efficient and installed new furness and explained what they were doing as work progressed. Nice young men.

Greenwood Heating Follows through 7/10/2018

There was a problem with the installation I didn't realize until after the crew was done and Greenwood responded quickly and made sure my supply lines were going to fit my remodel. This wasn't something they would have known with this installation at the time, however as my remodel progressed I need them to come back out. They responded within a week and were a pleasure to work with. My compliments to Bob D and team. more

Heat Pump Installation 6/9/2018

Chris and his crew did an excellent job installing our heat pump and indoor air handling units. I'm very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Greenwood Heating anyone considering this type of work at their house in Seattle. Ask for Chris C on the installation! more

These guys were a real joy to have at my house for two days. It was tremendous to get to know each one of these great people. They were so professional and hard working - but also very personable and kind. It was also impressive how they all worked together. Fantastic installers 3/29/2018

I'd like to compliment two of your employees, Vlad and Dmitry, for the excellent service they provided us this week. Both Vlad & Dmitry helped us install two furnaces and a water heater plus a AC unit. It was a complicated job since the furnace room of our house is extra small and narrow and they never complained once about the tight spaces. Both men left the work area clean and neat every night when they left. They were efficient, polite, hardworking and just very pleasant to have in our home. I have heard that Greenwood’s service was very good. However, Vlad and Dmitry’s professionalism and ability to help us with questions and helpful hints about our new heating units quickly exceeded our expectations. more

Heating repair 1/24/2018

Adon showed up on time and tested our system, which had quit working while we were out of town. Turned out it was dead batteries in the thermostat- for which we paid $330.00. So the work was less than minor, the cost more than major. more

Incredible Service by Adon with Greenwood Heating and Air 1/16/2018

After years of many issues with our HVAC system, Adon made a quick diagnosis and outlined clear and simple thermostat instructions after just one visit. Not only was Adon thorough and concise, he was also incredibly aware of our needs and was extremely patient. I look forward to his visit this week when he comes to install the part. He assured me that if I had any questions, he would go over everything again with me until I understood it 100%. I have never had such a positive experience with a technician! Five out of five stars, this human is absolutely wonderful. more

Great Service 12/15/2017

We were having difficulty with air flow in our home HVAC system. Hicham came out and persisted until the problem was solved, including doing a good maintenance job. Very nice to work with and very helpful. more

Greenwood was able to fit me in on short notice and Stephen stuck with it until he made my heat work again. Really appreciated getting the heat back on quickly during this chilly week with surgery scheduled for the next day. more

Outstanding installers 11/8/2017

We recently had JK & Nick install a heater and two fireplace inserts. They did a fantastic job. They took the time to make sure we understood how the new equipment worked, how to program thermostats, how to use remote controls, etc. They made sure that we were completely happy with the products prior to their leaving. Great team and we would recommend them and Greenwood Heating to anyone who asks. Thanks, guys. more
