I'd like to compliment two of your employees, Vlad and Dmitry, for the excellent service they provided us this week. Both Vlad & Dmitry helped us install two furnaces and a water heater plus a AC unit. It was a complicated job since the furnace room of our house is extra small and narrow and they never complained once about the tight spaces. Both men left the work area clean and neat every night when they left. They were efficient, polite, hardworking and just very pleasant to have in our home.
I have heard that Greenwood’s service was very good. However, Vlad and Dmitry’s professionalism and ability to help us with questions and helpful hints about our new heating units quickly exceeded our expectations.
