Mark R. came to clean our furnace and our duct work. Greenwood has worked on cleaning our furnace before, but the ducts were a first. We are new to owning this home and felt it was something that needed to be done. Mark called us to let us know he was on his way ... this was much appreciated. After meeting him he was informative in letting us know what would be done. Along the way he showed us pictures and explained everything. He was extremely efficient, courteous, polite and respectful of our surroundings. When he left we felt as though our home will be so much cleaner this winter after having him work on our heating ducts. He even let us see the debris that was collected in the huge machine!
