Hicham, Greenwood Heating service technician, arrived on time and performed the annual service and MERV 16 filter component (two filters and 6 UV lights) replacement. Hicham performed the annual service tasks very well. I had informed the scheduler when scheduling the service that a certain part number filter service kit is needed, Hicham arrived without the kit. He made special arrangements to have the kit picked up from Lennox in Kent and delivered to him at my home so he could complete the required annual service during this one appointment. I appreciated his making arrangements to obtain the kit so I only had to be available for this one visit. My thanks to Hicham for providing an excellent and efficient annual service visit to a satisfied customer.
