Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

my service tech Mike Sellers went over and above the call of duty. I had issues beginning of summer with air conditioner drain pan and line being plugged up. had to go on the internet to see what I can do since it was late and didn't want to wait till service could arrive. I fixed it temporarily but didn't know that until he went over what I did and fixed it the correct way without asking. I have had other companies come in before and tried to tell me my unit needed to be replace. It is important to have a company that has longevity as well as good techs. by the way I bought the service plan which is the best thing to get. You then become a priority when things go wrong. I will use them forever.. more

Although the service was very fast, professional and efficient, the cost of components was quite expensive. $400 to replace a thermostat? Come On! Great service and amazing technicians! 7/25/2014

I have always used Frymire Services. They installed all the heating and AC, plumbing and electrical components of my house when it was first built. They provide great service every time. And, the technicians are always so professional, courteous and friendly. Abel was at my house this last time and he is the BEST! more

We have been a loyal customer of Frymire's for many years. This is so, because of the service and professional manner we have been treated. This was especially true most recently when our 8 year old A/C unit, originally installed by Frymire stopped working. Mr. Mike Sellers has been the service expert providing service each summer and fall. Last week, the unit stopped, and thanks to Mike Sellers, he came out on Sunday and noted we needed new compressors, etc. He ordered all parts and within a few days installed all. He is, and has always been the most professional, caring, and best representative for any company. Review is 2 fold, only the 7/21 service is 5 star 7/9 2 star 7/21/2014

The 7/9 visit neither met the scheduled time of 8:00am to 9:00am showing up in late afternoon nor was it satisfactorily completed. A call to the office said service started at 9:00 a.m. The 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. also didn't happen. The finished job was incomplete. Today, the scheduled 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. timeframe was met in a timely fashion. This portion of the final fix was 5 star thanks to Mike R. His attentiveness and concern to finish the faucet job professionally was well received by me. Thanks Mike! more

I bought a service contract last year and my inspection appointments are simple to get. Technicians call and come as scheduled. They are knowledgable and helpful. more

Mo arrived on-time (actually a few minutes early). He understood what he was there to do and showed me what he was doing when I asked. He explained what the issues were and the costs to fix them. He also, explained which issues could be delayed safely and which should be repaired soon. I was very satisfied with the service call. more

My father is very pleased with how his AC is now operating, and just in time for 100+ degree sun. Scheduling and payment for services remotely was quick and easy. I appreciated that instructions that I left were indeed communicated to his repair man...I find special instructions are often overlooked, but not in this case. more

Very competitive price and great effort by James! 7/18/2014

James gave us a great quote on a new tankless hot water heater. But ours was leaking, with the leak increasing daily, and you couldn't install for several days. I ended up going with a company that could install the next day. But I was impressed by how hard James worked to try to get our business (he gets an A+ for effort!) and I'll definitely keep you in mind for any future work we need done. more
