Worst

Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

The tech (Dean) did a great job explaining the issue and offering alternatives. No high pressure sales from him... just the straight facts. I hope I never need AC service again. But if I do, I hope Dean is the guy they send. more

I have never had such a thorough, knowledgeable, well-trained, trustworthy and helpful A/C technician as Moe. He was honest about the required work I needed on my A/C so I could make an informed decision. I feel very comfortable that I now have an A/C person I can depend upon. more

Superior knowledge over everybody else 7/7/2014

Jeff Castiglione does a great job and fixed a drain issue for our a/c. Last year he saved us thousands of dollars by fixing our unit when another a/c company said our unit had to be replaced. He also fixed our air duct air flow to even out and allow more air to cool our daughters room that was always hot. more

Quick reliable service! 7/7/2014

I was desperate! The day before 4th of July. Was preparing for upcoming surgery and senior citizen parents coming down to be with me. Frymire was able to squeeze me in. Abel, the technician, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in under two hours. The weekend was saved and I had A/C for my parents. Very happy! more

Outstandng Service 7/7/2014

I have a Frymire service plan. Getting an appointment was a bit of a wait. Nevertheless, service on my air-conditioning unit was thorough. Tech was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. Best news was when the tech advised me all was well...no charge! more
