Worst

Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

Always pleased with the service we receive 8/19/2014

Our technician, Mo, called to say he was running ahead of schedule and could he come over then. We welcomed him early and were pleased with his knowledge and expertise for having only been with the company for a few months. He carefully explained each step he was taking and what the impact would be as well as informing of us how to be pro-active in our own activities. We were happy to sign up for the service agreement again, which we had unfortunately let lapse last Spring. We are very happy with Frymire and the service we receive for the value. Needless to say, we will continue to be customers and promote your company to friends and family in need of your service. more

A/C Repair 8/18/2014

My downstairs A/C quit working one afternoon. Late that night my neighbor checked it out, discovered the problem, wrote down the parts info. Took it into office the next day, located parts. At 8 am the next morning Mike came, installed new blower motor and module and in an hour I was up and running and cool. Outstanding service and very fair price!!! more

Peson answering my cal was very polite and helpful 8/18/2014

My technician was Moe and he asked if I wanted to come outside as he diagnose my trouble. He explained the steps he was performing; showed me my trouble. He gave me the cost of the repair before starting and I accepted it. I watched him repair it and he was very polite and informative of my trouble. more

Professional results. 8/15/2014

Service was performed as scheduled. Care was taken not make a mess during service and I was informed as to what work was being done. This was a professional experience and I would certainly use Frymire again. more

I had two Frymier employees visit yesterday. Both were very knowledgeable. 8/15/2014

Jeff was the man who usually does my check-up, spring and fall. He was able to spot the problem immediately. He in turn called in Tony who was able to guide me in selecting the solution for my cooling system. I look forward to having my house comfortable again. more

After detailed discussion of all options available, had new AC/heat installed. Very professional on time service. Sent email of picture of technician before arrival. Clean job site . Follow up call and email to make sure everything was running well. Would recommend without reservations. more

34 Years Together 8/9/2014

We have used Frymire since the purchase of our home in March 1980. The initial unit was replaced after 20-years of service, but not our service provider. Continue the excellent prove give maintenance care. more

We have used Frymire for our HVAC needs for many years. They have replaced our units several times. Service on our units has been timely and efficient. We are very satisfied. Abel came to do a routine check on our AC recently. He has been coming long enough to know where the units are without my showing him. He performed his service very efficiently and nonobtrusively. more

Tony Mendez was courteous, polite, professional, and he answered all my questions thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone. He was very patient with me. All the workers I have had interactions with have been very professional, and showed up on time. They also clean up after themselves. more
