Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

AC leak in wall into toilet drain. Should not have been set up that way 9/8/2014

Tim was professional, identified problem quickly and stopped the leak. Came back 2 days later with the parts to completely repair the problem so it will not happen again. Redirected AC condensation into closed bath drain. Very good work. more

Had a new system put in (air conditioning and heating furnace). Also water heater. 9/6/2014

A new Trane air conditioning and furnace put in along with a water heater all in the same day. I was very pleased with frymire starting with sales person Keith porter and the guys (installers) putting in the system. Very knowledgeable about what they were doing. The installers did a great job with the air conditioning, furnace and water heater. more

Quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and very kind 9/3/2014

My service call started out pretty simple -- one of the toilets wouldn't flush, I wanted to have a new faucet installed in the kitchen sink, and I needed my new disposal installed. Tim was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out that the toilet issue was not a simple one -- long story short, he discovered that my house's entire plumbing system was faulty, something that was not disclosed when I purchased my house just a year ago. Tim was kind in delivering the awful news, got everything working again, and offered a few options to help keep things running while I decided what to do. In the meantime, his installations were perfect and quick, and the cost was reasonable. On a side note, because the expense of repairing my house's plumbing is heart-stoppingly expensive, I had my town's water utility techs come check out the lines... Everything Tim found was spot-on. I'm very happy with Frymire, especially with Tim, and -- when I get the work done -- it will be Frymire who does it. more

Knowledge and service 8/31/2014

I was able to get a Saturday appointment because I have a service contract. The technician quickly found the problem and told me how to fix it. Job was done quickly and efficiently and the technican was very friendly and made sure I understood problem. more

Always great service 8/30/2014

I used other companies (usually because I had a coupon) in the past, but have not been satisfied with any of them. Frymire installed our original system when the house was built, and I used them one time for service. I was pleased with them but I tried to get a better deal using the coupons from other companies. Every time I was disappointed. The past three times I've had service I called Frymire--they were helpful, professional and gave quality service. I will stay with Frymire. more

Just trying to sell you something 8/29/2014

Very nice guy, but said I needed a whole new unit.. Got a second opinion and glad I did, bc it was just a lump of animal hair caught in the vent.. Everything was fine.. I would of wasted $5000 plus for nothing RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services Inc: Our technician noted that the indoor coil was restricted. Most times, it’s restricted due to it being dirty. You have the choice to pull out the coil to clean it (which doesn’t guarantee the problem will be solved and can also cause leaks later) or you can replace it. Based on the fact that your equipment is 24 years old, it was our technician’s professional opinion that you will be better served with a new energy efficient system rather than invest in a system of that age. We always try to provide our customers with options and we apologize if our technician didn’t make your options clear. more

Good company, good product 8/29/2014

I used Frymire for repairs on an old A/C system. When it became time to replace the system, I trusted them to replace it. I feel like I got a good deal on my new system, and I was happy with the installation process. I really like the complimentary spring and fall tune-ups that I get. Frymire does a great job of being proactive and communicating with me about scheduling those appointments. more

Charlie was prompt, courteous and kept us informed as he worked on our AC unit which needed a new coil. Happy to know he is our Heath/Rockwall tech. We even signed up for a service contract to keep our unit in tip top shape. more
