My service call started out pretty simple -- one of the toilets wouldn't flush, I wanted to have a new faucet installed in the kitchen sink, and I needed my new disposal installed. Tim was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out that the toilet issue was not a simple one -- long story short, he discovered that my house's entire plumbing system was faulty, something that was not disclosed when I purchased my house just a year ago. Tim was kind in delivering the awful news, got everything working again, and offered a few options to help keep things running while I decided what to do. In the meantime, his installations were perfect and quick, and the cost was reasonable.
On a side note, because the expense of repairing my house's plumbing is heart-stoppingly expensive, I had my town's water utility techs come check out the lines... Everything Tim found was spot-on.
I'm very happy with Frymire, especially with Tim, and -- when I get the work done -- it will be Frymire who does it.
