I am pleased, as always, with the service that I have received from
Frymire. One thing that I would like to mention. I put my bill on my Visa Card, and had to "sign" 4 or 5 times. Why not go to "chip and pin", where one click of the card is all that is needed. Also, I was not given a receipt for my billing, and have yet to receive same on my email account. In the future, my plans are to "pay by personal check" until you get your credit card house in order.

I'm not sure what sort of problem the technician was having with his credit card swipe but I do apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. I've resent the invoice to your email as well as one through the mail, just in case your spam filter is is blocking the email receipt. We appreciate your business and look forward to servicing you in the future.
