We have had a service agreement with Frymire for over 25 years and we have never regretted it. They provide high quality service when it is needed, and their regular maintenance checks have solved small problems before they became big ones. (i.e. no broken air conditioning in August!) We had a major plumbing problem at 9:00 pm on Easter Sunday a few years ago, and a Frymire plumber came out that evening to rescue us. Now that's six star service! more

I was VERY impressed with Frymire Services. I got multiple emails from the company advising me of every step. I even received one with a picture of the service tech so I knew I could trust him It was a very nice touch. One that I've never seen before.. The guys were very nice and polite. They wore booties, they were friendly to the dogs, they put tarps down on the stairs and everywhere they worked. I offered them water and they politely declined and used their cooler outside. They also asked for permission to drive the truck in the driveway. They worked quietly and left the house in the same condition as before. Overall it was a fantastic experience. more

We had a new air conditioning unit installed and they provide an excellent option for 0% interest financing; however, within a month the coil that was installed was faulty (my only quality complaint because it was the middle of summer). However, they had on-call service and we were able to get someone out the next day. They replaced the faulty part without any service charge and did a good job. No further problems. more

Technician blew dust out of the Mitsubishi and didn't clean it up. more

I simply would use no one else! I find all the employees, from their air-conditioning people to their plumbers, are the most competent, and well mannered people you could ever ask for. my favorite plumber was Rafael Cos who unfortunately moved and had to quit. but, Michael Rawlins is great too. for A/C, no one is better than Raymond,#102 you guys are the best! more

We had a valve problem on our water heater. Apparently this water heater was known to have this kind of problem. We wish that someone had notified of this potential problem when you knew about it and perhaps have scheduled a check on how it was functioning. As it was, we were without hot water for 2 1/2 days. I think the situation could have been handled better. It was also very expensive. We have used Frymire for many years but this was a disappointment. The water heater is a Bradford White and is 4 1/2 years old bought from and installed by Frymire. They chose this water heater for us at the time. When the plumber came to fix the problem - finally - he did very good work and we are grateful to him. This was Ricky Bell. RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services Inc: First of all, thank you for being a loyal customer for many years! At the time we were using Bradford White we were not aware of the control valve problem. It didn't come to light until two years after they changed to the new valve. In the past Bradford White water heaters were the forefront of the industry. After we found out about the control valve issue we changed manufactures, immediately. Unfortunately, there was no way to know when or if the control valves would fail. I do hear your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We certainly appreciate your business. more

Hello, A Frymire tech came to my house on wed., Sept 10'14. He was extremely honest and knowledgeable! In the first place, he could of easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, regarding my air conditioner! He checked my over 30 year old air conditioner and said everything looked fine, but the compressor sounded a bit weak upon starting! Also, he installed a brand new thermostat and something else, that had to do with my heater! Overall he tested my heating system and said it was fine! Everything is working like a charm! He also looked around in my attic to look at the old equipment, and did a very thorough check of everything and never seemed rushed, he took his time! The overall price was extremely reasonable along with a 1 year maintenance agreement! more
