THE WORSE SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY
I called for service on my PowerStar electric waterless heater and was told that the company knew how to fix this model. When the service man arrived he said he had never worked on this model, but I still had to pay him $89.00 for coming out. He said if he did diagnose my problem, I would have to pay $289.00. He said he knew how to work on electric heaters. After the diagnosis, he told me the part number needed, but I had to order it myself. When I ordered the part, I saw the picture of what I was ordering and it did not look like the part I needed. I called his office and asked them to pass this on to the repairman. Later, the repairman called and told me to describe the part to the parts distributor. This I did and had the new part shipped. When the repairman came and attempted to install the part, he could not get it to work. He said there was nothing he could do, but still charged me another $112.00 for his visit. I ended up paying him over $400.00 for nothing. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!!
