Technician was polite and changed my system filter, and ran a test on the inside/attic air handler, but didn't check the outside unit. My spring 2014 technician checked everything, including washing the outside units coil from the inside out. Wonder why the latest service Tech. didn't???

Thank you for your review. The technician who performed your Fall tune-up is the same that performed your Spring tune-up. We provide one Air Conditioning, and one Heating tune-up per the agreement. The outdoor unit isn’t part of the heating tune-up therefore we only clean it once a year. We appreciate your business!
