My elderly mother was charged over $200 to replace toilet tank mechanism's. She was grossly overcharged. You should be ashamed. Your service man installed the circuit board I had ordered on my own, and he also adjusted the gas pressure. Several service calls made here by two other companies, during which the tankless unit was descaled, a new igniter was installed, and being told the gas pressure was wrong, I went ahead and ordered the circuit board even though I had been told by the factory on three different phone calls that they didn't think it was the circuit board. more

I think you are getting a little pricey at $199.00 for 2 service calls.Anyone off the street can get that rate.I replaced my furnace/ac unit 2 years ago using your company..should have some amount of Loyal customer program..for 20 minutes of checking that aint cheap...but I do like your company...
