Worst

Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

When left on Wednesday, was good 11/10/2014

Very frustrated. Thought everything was fine when the technician left my home. On Friday, my pest control person came, went up to the attic and smelled gas. When I called at 4 p.m. on Friday, the man I spoke to I felt was rude. The plumber that came on Saturday was very nice. He found a gas leak. I'm curious how after my furnace was check that there was a gas leak. What if my pest control person hadn't come and smelled the gas and it had built up? I had to pay for 2 calls - my annual renewal and for the plumber. I am rethinking my service contract. I have spoken to the rude person before and because of him I have used other plumbers (you have lost business because of him). I have friends who have used other companies and have been really happy - I've been a faithful customer, but that is being rethought. more

Always top notch service with excellent techs. 11/10/2014

We have always had excellent service from Frymire. We use the same tech most all of the time (Charlie), but on the occasion we have used other techs, the service was still excellent. more

Dan H. Is very professional and friendly. He takes his time explaining everything he is doing or checking. He has replaced a water heater for our house in McKinney , Tx. We will definitely use him for our Dallas home! more

I was dumbfounded to be informed that a manufacturer's cap from a gas pipe/line had not been removed during installation that cost over $6,000. This negligence and lack of detail is ridiculous! I will not be able to recommend Frymire to anyone in the future. Due to the gas escaping, my son had a strong headache. According to the fire department, the gas was building up and an explosion could have occurred....unforgivable. more

As always, Frymire arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of my heating and AC unit. The technicians are always professional, friendly and well trained in their field. I have not ever had a problem with Frymire in the many years i've had the service program with them. more

AC was installed 4 days after it went out. One day. Works fine. Technicians were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Would hire them again. more

Fine Job 11/2/2014

I am not a good review person. As long as a person does the job they are supposed to do, it is a good job. I have no clue how it may compare to how others do a job, because the jobs are always different. We would recommend 'Mo' to everyone and hope to see him when your service is needed. more
