Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

Good technician, just takes too long to get them there. 11/24/2014

Called on a Thursday and first available appointment time was for the following Monday. That's a long time to wait when you have a heating or cooling problem in extreme heat or cold. The technician was prompt and knowledgable. He Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services Inc: We do offer a Frymire Preferred Service Contract where you'd receive priority service for air conditioning, heating, and plumbing, never any overtime charges, any many more perks! We appreciate your business and your feedback. more

Good work, too slow 11/24/2014

Service people were cooperative and did a good job but the installation of 2 tank water heaters took 17 hours over 2 days. They also turned the water off at the street and broke the locking device of the lid and left it turned upside down. more

The tech shows up on time and does an efficient job. All is explained and looked at without a bunch of high pressure sales attempts to jack up the bill and make you feel like the system you have is bad (even though it was just installed NEW when the house was built)!! These guys get my business every time!! more

no written feedback on service performed, technician didn't fix thermostat installed by Frymire, technician is now expected to be a marketing/contract presenter which is unfair as technical... 11/22/2014

I have been with Frymire for over 15 years going back to living in Farmers Branch. In recent years the service has become less personal, more online mechanical and technicians no longer provide a detailed written report of service maintenance. In recent maintenance (Nov2014) technician did not provide a solution to possibly miscalibrated digital thermostat originally installed by Frymire. Recent changes to charges and method billing, all increases in rates, require technicians to sell renewal services which is not in their skill set. It is obvious that Frymire no longer cares about meaningful customer service. That is very disappointing. more

Trustworthy I count on Ramond to take care of my AC & Heat and he does a great job. Very friendly and respectful he goes out of his way and I appreciate him so much. more

Did an excellent job. Showed me the how much a capacitor was degrading & needed to be replaced so as to save too much wear on the heating motor unit. more
