Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

Out of town Email Service Monitoring 12/22/2014

I am extremely pleased with Frymire. Trying to manage an elder household from out of town, I love being on the email and seeing if and when a service person is coming out. The personnel have been extremely helpful in helping me to understand the issues involved and to make the right decision. Having seen the abuse by some companies of elders first hand, I am very happy with Frymire. I would recommend them to anyone. Being able to monitor service from out of town is a real plus. more

I got quotes from 3 reputable smaller companies, and Frymire was the best prices with the best qualified employees 12/22/2014

I am very happy with the decision to go with the biggest and the best company in DFW. My system is better then the one I got from the original builder, by far. Thanks Frymire more

Addressed problem 12/22/2014

Our technician addressed the problem, got things back to a steady temporary state, gave us options for totally correcting the problem. I just need to order the parts - I found the exact part online, and re-schedule him to come out when it's received. more

Long time customer 12/20/2014

Frymire kept my old HVAC unit running for over 30 years due to having the service contract. So when it finally was ready to give up, I had a new unit installed [power bill was cut in half!]. Of course, I still continue my Frymire Preferred Service contract. more
