Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

Return trip acceptable 11/15/2014

Slightly disappointed that a return visit was required due to installer having taken a shortcut that rendered the heater inoperable due to breaker overload. However, it was fixed timely with proper re-wiring and with no further issues (so far). Lesson learned. more

Tech was on time, called ahead and performed service in a timely manner, system purchased, Amana, is two years old and working well. Tech stated system looks good. I change filters 20X4X4 every six months and use quality 3M filters. Keep up the good work, Dale more

I do know if you changed your policy? The person who came checked only the heaters and did not even look at the air-conditions units. Previous times they looked at both systems- Air-conditioning units and the heating units. Even though I told him what previous times the service people did. I hope everything is OK with the systems. Thank you for your service. I have never used anyone's service other than your services. T.S. I was pleased with Patrac from Frymire Services he was here and spent a good amount of time checking out my system for our fall/winter service. We have had them for many years and have been very pleased with them. Patrac is new to us he hasn't been to our home before but he was very professional and and did a thorough job. more

Great Service 11/10/2014

I requested a first call for service and started worrying when the technician did not arrive shortly after 8AM but found out that they have an early morning meeting that day which caused the delay. The service was prompt and efficient after he arrived. He was careful about keeping my house clean, even though it was raining outside that morning. more
