I have been with Frymire for over 15 years going back to living in Farmers Branch. In recent years the service has become less personal, more online mechanical and technicians no longer provide a detailed written report of service maintenance. In recent maintenance (Nov2014) technician did not provide a solution to possibly miscalibrated digital thermostat originally installed by Frymire. Recent changes to charges and method billing, all increases in rates, require technicians to sell renewal services which is not in their skill set. It is obvious that Frymire no longer cares about meaningful customer service. That is very disappointing.
