When my A/C went own in recent 100F weather, Frymire quickly responded and a technician was here in a short time. He was unable to repair it that day due to a frozen coil, and promised that with the purchase of a service contract, it would be repaired on a first-priority basis the next day. I bought the contract but no one called or came the next day, despite my repeated calls to the office. However, the two technicians that came were professional in all ways and completed their work efficiently, at a very reasonable service fee and cost of materials. Four stars given instead of five for the delay in service, otherwise excellent all-round and I will continue to be a customer.
