I called Frymire when my warranty a/c guy couldn't get here for 2 days. The gentleman, Leo, called to say when he would be there, and was on time He did a professional, accurate assessment of the issue (high-pressure line rubbing created a hole that allowed all the Freon to escape).
His solution was thorough, but I chose to wait for my warranty guy rather than spend that much money. I noted the innovative use of an iPad to display all options, e-mail me a receipt, and e-mail me the suggested repairs and an estimate. In other circumstances I would not hesitate to utilize Frymire.
Note that they will push for their twice-yearly service contract, but they appear to be worth their price. Highly recommended.
