Installation Crew 6/30/2014

Chris Camp and his crew completed the installation of a complete air/heat unit in a professional manner. They explained eveything they did. They cleaned up and hauled away old parts. They were very courteous. This is the first major installation we have had in 9 years that was done exactly as promised. No one has ever matched this Frymire crew. more

Charlie Rich was professional and courteous in all of his interactions. He listened closely to my explanation of the furnace problem symptoms. He thoroughly checked out both the furnace and AC unit. After completing diagnostics on the furnace and problem solving, he isolated the problem to the control board on my furnace. He clearly explained the nature of the problem, what may have caused it, and the cost to repair. He interacts effectively and gains the confidence of his clients. Mr. Rich efficiently corrected the problem and ensured all of my questions were answered. Thank you for the excellent service! more

Frymire to the rescuse 6/29/2014

Late on a Tuesday afternoon in June 2014 the temp in my home continue to rise as the sun reached its peak. My son came to visit and by then the temp was 87' INSIDE my home. After doing some simple checks, my son determined that the fan motor went out on the exterior a/c unit and call Frymire. As a "Gold" service client, Frymire dispatched the service team which arrived within the hour and 90 minutes later our a/c unit was blowing really cold air again. Thank you Frymire for your excellent service. Our service tech was awesome! more

Quick, accurate diagnosis 6/24/2014

I called Frymire when my warranty a/c guy couldn't get here for 2 days. The gentleman, Leo, called to say when he would be there, and was on time He did a professional, accurate assessment of the issue (high-pressure line rubbing created a hole that allowed all the Freon to escape). His solution was thorough, but I chose to wait for my warranty guy rather than spend that much money. I noted the innovative use of an iPad to display all options, e-mail me a receipt, and e-mail me the suggested repairs and an estimate. In other circumstances I would not hesitate to utilize Frymire. Note that they will push for their twice-yearly service contract, but they appear to be worth their price. Highly recommended. more
