It was raining. The technician walked in and said can't check on a rainy day, call office and reschedule. I first called the office in May 2014, I am a contract customer, I was told no availability till June. I made an appt. Then when I called to reschedule due to the rain, I mentioned I was a contract customer and the woman said we have an appointment opening in JULY. WHAT? Are you kidding me. That's why I am a contract customer? Glad to know.
