Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

Technician was punctual and courteous. Service was performed as expected. He gave me a heads up that my capacitors had tested weak. He replaced both at a reasonable price. If you have ever had your capacitor go out on your unit, you would appreciate knowing they were about to go out. Summers in Texas cannot be endured without an ac. more

It was raining. The technician walked in and said can't check on a rainy day, call office and reschedule. I first called the office in May 2014, I am a contract customer, I was told no availability till June. I made an appt. Then when I called to reschedule due to the rain, I mentioned I was a contract customer and the woman said we have an appointment opening in JULY. WHAT? Are you kidding me. That's why I am a contract customer? Glad to know. RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services Inc: We apologize that weather has impacted our service schedule and inconvenienced you. more

Seasonal check up 6/14/2014

Technician seemed in a rush to finish. Did not leave a copy of the summary of the work done or payment receipt. He had trouble connecting his terminal and had to take my credit card outside to run it. He used the garden hose to wash out the compressor and left it in a pile in the flower bed rather than returning it to where it was found. RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services Inc: Mr. Beckham, Sorry that our technician did not return the garden hose to its proper place. The technician is the same tech on prior service calls to your home; did he perform satisfactorily on those prior service calls? You should have received both the service ticket and credit card receipt electronically. We will re-send. more

New A/C system 6/11/2014

Miseal was part of a 3 person crew that came out to install a new A/C system at my home. I thought the install would be an all day affair but I was pleasantly surprised when the install was finished by 2pm. I was very pleased with being able to have part of my weekend back that I didn't expect. The new A/C system has been working very well so far. Good job! more

This is the first time I used Frymire and I couldn't be more pleased. They came when they said they would , didn't add on extra charges, and very professional. The service man gave me free advice on how my unit could run more efficiently - using a cheaper brand of filters. I have finally found a heating and air company I can trust. Thank you Frymire!!! more
