James gave us a great quote on a new tankless hot water heater. But ours was leaking, with the leak increasing daily, and you couldn't install for several days. I ended up going with a company that could install the next day. But I was impressed by how hard James worked to try to get our business (he gets an A+ for effort!) and I'll definitely keep you in mind for any future work we need done.
