I've tried diets, trainers, gym memberships...all of it, and nothing has worked like showing up at Form Fitness and working hard. I've worked with Annika Hallberg for a couple of months, and not only does she keep me from getting bored with the exercises, but her upbeat attitude and ""can do"" approach make you want to do your best. She's right when she says, ""you won't think about whatever is stressing you out when you're here with me."" Stress and bad habits have resulted in being overweight and out of shape for years. In a short time, I am in such better shape...stronger, more balanced, and learning the tools to keep working in that direction. I've emailed her ""thank you"" notes as I see our work pay off during daily activities, but think more people should know how great Annika and Form Fitness are.
