I have trained with Form Fitness for over two years and it has been a great experience. I am a runner that was recovering from a partially torn Achilles tendon when I discovered Form Fitness and started working with one of their trainers. I had finished physical therapy and need to continue incorporating strength training into my exercise routine. Eric, my trainer, has been great because his focus is on the sport specific strength and balance exercises that make me a better runner, while gradually increasing my core and upper body strength. I am stronger than I've ever been and running pain free thanks to Eric and Form Fitness. The experience has been fantastic and money well spent!!!
