I have been fairly active my whole life. Running, swimming and doing other aerobic activities. Once I hit 40 my motivation and strength both started to decline so I decided to do something I had never done and never thought I needed to do; hire a personal trainer. I looked on line and founfd Form Fitness. I sent an email and within 24 hrs got a call back from Cameron. He asked me about my current fitness situation, lifestyle and goals and answered all my questions (and I had a lot!). I am NOT a morning person but signed up for a 5:30am training slot twice a week. With my busy schedule it was just about the only time I knew I would be able to get there consistently. I have to admit the first few days it was really hard to get up but I now look forward to getting up and working out with Cameron. He is always so positive and motivating. In a very short time my strength has increased and my energy level has improved as well. This is one of the best investments I have ever made in myself! Highly recommend Form Fitness.
