I was refer from my friend , When I got there they check the Notebook and give me estimate right away .Then they listen to all my problem , tell them come back in four hours , When I came back computer is working fast and clean , I was amazed . They talk to me and guide me on everything and very polite and informative , I learn a lot , I will go back to them next time. The good thing is they are here every day and they know what to do , prices are very low , they match every big store ,and shop is busy all day , may people coming and bring repair , everybody happy , anyway this is place for me , I need techs who talk to me . Great Price and Quick Service 8/12/2009

Computronics fixed a problem for 70% less than any other place I called. I was skeptical because of the lower rate, however, they were very effiecient and just right on the wallet (oh and they also validated my parking ticket). Whoa, immediate expert computer fix 8/7/2009

have been there now twice with major computer\r breakdowns. One on friday night 5 pm and\r I was out by 8pm. One on thursday AM (harddrive\r crashed) and\r was back in business by fri AM with all data intact\r and a new hardrive. the dc power jack on my laptop was broken. i called around town and computronics gave me the best price. not only did he fix it without any glitches but i had my computer back at the end of the day... i will definitely go back to him with any of my computer repair needs. thanks! HP DV2000 motherboard headache. 6/18/2009

Laptop died, HP DV2000. HP has a history of failed motherboards. No on wants to fix them. But Coputronics tried all ways of trying to resolve it. Started in Nov 2008. Placed a motherboard and it died. Again placed a brand new bios2 motherboard and it did not work. Finally they got hold of a failed complete DV2000 and switched harddrive and mem and extras. These people don't give up. They will find any means to resolve. Just be patient. They even took it to 3 different techs (outside) besides the ones he has in his own shop Now keep in mind, when I bought this HP Laptop straight from them it only lasted one year. Exactly when the warranty died. Exactly, again, one year later it died again (motherboard) and that is when I took it to Computronics. Excellent Fast 1 Day Service 6/15/2009

Laptop AC connector was faulty and could not powered. I needed to access business files today and did not have backup. Visited several other places which would have sent laptop out for service which was not an option for me. I luckily found Computronics via GPS in the area and called. I was surprised to hear technician there and very knowledgable. He promise same day service. I have to admit I was a little skeptical, but really did not have any other options. Well he came through big time..same day. I can now continue trying to make some money during these hard econoimic times. Thank you very much Computronics. Pros: Fast Quality Service more

im a tour manager for a major rock n roll band and my life is sustained by my lap top its motherboard stopped me dead in my tracks. finding computronics in the yellow pages was what saved my job and my peace of mind. above and beyond the call of duty and reasonably priced. i would recommend jacob and computronics to any one with computer problems Pros: i had an emergency and jacob saved my week more

Dedicated Service 5/14/2009

This Family-run shop has full service computer repairs and sales. I have been a customer for about 7 years and have bought 5 computers here. Any time something goes wrong with one of my computers, I call and no time is inconvenient for Computronics staff to offer help. Sometimes things get hectic as many customers want their computers repaired now (like me), but when I am patient all things work out fine and efficiently. Finally, prices for repair and computers are very good - which is why I came here to begin with. Pros: Gets my computers to work optimally Cons: Sometimes patience is required more

These guys cut every corner to save themselves money. How many times do YOU want to drive your broken computer to West LA only to be pitched to buy a new one from them? Terrible service and dishonest owners at Computronics. Pros: Low price the first time around. Cons: They'll rip you off in the long run. more

Outstanding personal service for computers 3/28/2009

Jacob at Computronics is extremely patient with a wide variety of sometimes high-maintenance people who come to his shop; he and his staff are very quick to diagnose the problem and are very helpful in rendering a cure. Given the shop's location in West Los Angeles, a odd variety of folks visit---he handles all personalities with care and charm. I'm very happy 3/20/2009

I first went to Jacob because I needed a new CMOS battery which was installed deep inside my laptop. I had it back in a few hours working perfectly. Quite sometime later a different laptop of mine lost its external hard drive which held all my data files. Jacob was able to extract the data, and transfer it all to a new external drive and I was up and running the next day. He gave me the old one back and told me that if I was willing to wait about a month, Seagate would probably replace it under warranty. They did and now I have an extra drive for my DVR. Jacob helped me with everything I needed to connect that new drive to my DISH HD-DVR. \r Thank you Jacob. I appreciate your time and help with all my strange requests.
