I first went to Jacob because I needed a new CMOS battery which was installed deep inside my laptop. I had it back in a few hours working perfectly. Quite sometime later a different laptop of mine lost its external hard drive which held all my data files. Jacob was able to extract the data, and transfer it all to a new external drive and I was up and running the next day. He gave me the old one back and told me that if I was willing to wait about a month, Seagate would probably replace it under warranty. They did and now I have an extra drive for my DVR. Jacob helped me with everything I needed to connect that new drive to my DISH HD-DVR. \r
