Jacob at Computronics is extremely patient with a wide variety of sometimes high-maintenance people who come to his shop; he and his staff are very quick to diagnose the problem and are very helpful in rendering a cure. Given the shop's location in West Los Angeles, a odd variety of folks visit---he handles all personalities with care and charm. Would highly recommend visiting his establishment---a very capable outfit that solved my persistent computer problems.
