Very happy with carpet cleaning 10/1/2012

Coit was very good at calling when they said they would. The guy showed up during the time period stated. He was efficient and did a good job of cleaning the carpet, which was dry before two days. Thanks. We've used Coit several times in a row. more

Not as good as previous experience with Coit 10/1/2012

The cleaning was done satisfactorily. However, the hose that had been attached to the faucet in front, the one they used, was not re-attached when they left, and the faucet was left dripping. Two chairs in the living room were left without guards underneath the legs. I didn't notice this until they were gone. This is an expensive service and they should have done these things to finish the job. more

Carpet cleaning 10/1/2012

Just felt the results were so so. Places on the carpets near corners were left or not cleaned. I did vacuum before hand, but had I not, they would have cleaned the carpets without vacuuming first. Will try Slanley cleaners or Zero Rez next time. more

The carpet still has stains that show. 9/30/2012

Tech was polite and hard working. Disappointed the stains in carpet that were there were not removed.. Believe some new stains caused by cleaner used. more

deceptive workman 9/30/2012

Since I only had 2 bedrooms to clean, the workman (who was also the estimator)added several extras to the bill without asking me first. He was determined to get my bill above $200. even though he only had to clean 2 rooms. Coit should have basic rates per room instead of allowing employees such latitude for funny business. I will be trying another service next time. more

Tried COIT for carpet cleaning because I have other items in my home that need cleaning so thought I'd give them a try since they have multiple services. Although the carpets were cleaned nicely the technician broke my front screen door on his way out and never even came back to let us know. We found out when we opened our front door and found it hanging off the hinges. I called about it and Darnell was very good and fair about compensation. However, not sure I would ever use COIT again or even recommend them. Cleaning was good but technician was not honest or trustworthy. more

Saul was courteous and efficient. He cleaned all of our carpet thoroughly and when he left there was no lingering perfume. Yeah! I'll call again next year. more

Didn't meet deadline 9/30/2012

The company promised the dry cleaning within one week and missed the deadline. When we called to try and get the cleaning on time, they kept saying that the slip covers weren't ready and would be one more day. One more day turned into 3 and at that time I had to demand that we get them back. It almost lasted another 3 days. 6 days after the date promised. I even spoke to a supervisor and that didn't do much good. A gentleman in the LA office was the only one who was helpful. more

Room for improvement 9/30/2012

They set their own delivery/completion date and then did not meet it. Did not deliver back the rugs. My clients were very angry the rugs didn't come back when expected. more
