Reliable, professional, on time, great results 12/7/2012

I've used Coit before for carpet cleaning and upholstery. This time they deep cleaned my carpets and cleaned the air ducts . Great job! They are courteous and careful. They've gotten stains and odors out (from pets). I highly recommend them. more

The service was good but the cleaning was not as good as I expected. 12/7/2012

I live in LA 90064. The cleaning person was very good but the carpet was so wet that it took 3 days with fans on and the doors and windows wide open to dry I expected the carpet to be cleaner but there were so many stains that we will need to change the carpet. Norman Tachiki more

Ruined the carpeting on my stairs 12/7/2012

I have had them out several times. Almost every time I have to have them come out a second time. This time, they have completely ruined the stairs. Looks like too much chemical and water, and the tips of my stairs are now permanently stained. more

It's like they never came 12/7/2012

The cleaning job was so poor, that once the carpet dried you could not tell it had been cleaned. The first time Coit cleaned my carpet, they did a good job, with great customer service, but every time they come back it's worse and worse. This is the last time I will be calling Coit. more

Quality carpet cleaning 12/1/2012

The service tech was on time, professional, worked hard, and noted if there were stains that would not come out. When finished, left area clean and provided shoe covers to use until the carpet dried--both useful and nice touch. more

The chair that was cleaned came out just OK. The area rug was a disaster. There were faint red/pink spots that appeared after leaning. They did come back to pick it up to clean it in the... 12/1/2012

The rug will have to be thrown out now that the spots that appeared when it was cleaned did not come out. I was promised a refund for the cost of the service but have not received the check yet. more

Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable representatives 12/1/2012

An excellent experience. My drapes are perfect. The man who removed the drapes was wonderful, went beyond what was expected. My drapes had not been cleaned for 26 years. They were returned perfectly cleaned looking like new. The two men who returned the drapes put them back up carefully and quickly. All in all, an excellent experience with Coit and I will certainly call them again, as well as recommend them to neighbors and friends. more

They did an adequate job of cleaning the carpet. 12/1/2012

The carpet cleaners did a good job of cleaning general areas. In the past, cleaners cleaned under very light weight chairs or other lightweight furniture and put square styrofoam blocks underneath to allow for drying. more
