Exellent Service 10/6/2012

I was very impressed with the service from Coit from start to finish. Julio and Chris were the two men who came to our house and they both did an excellent job. They were very informative and told us each step that they would take to clean three sofas. They were quick and very personable as well as very professional. We would use Coit again from our terrific experience and our sofas look wonderful. Thank you for great service. more

Good job done on carpets and grout cleaning. Too expensive. 10/6/2012

Although the results were excellent $1000 was too higher price to pay for the amount of work done (2 and half hours max.). This whole 40 off deal is an obvious con as it would make the full price close to $1700 which is ridiculous. On this basis would not recommend and will certainly look at alternatives next time. Pity, but your overpricing will lose you business. more

Very professional, quick, and the carpets look great. 10/6/2012

I had scheduled two service dates, but the second date was not input, and when I did not receive the "day before" call, I called early in the morning to see what had happened. The scheduler had failed to input the second date. I was able to get added to the schedule, on the day I wanted, and got my carpets cleaned. Other than this, I was happy with the service. more

The work done on my hardwood floors was well done for the condition they were in. The service man who worked on my hardwood floors was knowledgeable, courteous, and upfront about the condition of my hardwood floors. I very much appreciated his frankness and honesty and his knowledge and recommendations of how to care for my hardwood floors in the future. I appreciated his professionalism and his attention to details. more

I will be contactin you to setup a date for furntiture cleaning. The men have given me an estimate for the furniture cleaning. How efficient you are! Also, I would like them to take another look at one of the 3 rugs that were just cleaned. There is one area that is a little worn and after cleaning, I still can see that area and a spot. Maybe, that one has to be redone or maybe it can't. Thank you so much. more

Cleaned Carpet and Drapes 10/6/2012

Hello COIT, The Cleaning of the Carpet was great. However, My drapes were not so well they still had stains big stains, you could have just said we will not be able to clean them, I am replacing them with blinds (one over kitchen sink and tub), other than nice press I would have not thought you did anything to them. But every worker was very professional. I will have you clean my carpet and think about the drapes. Thanks Patrice more

Service was good, people not so good 10/5/2012

I called and asked the person on the other end of the phone to make out the invoice to someone other than me, their response was they could not and i replied then cancel my order.Within minutes they changed the person on the invoice.When the service was complete the worker walked out without giving me a invoice receipt. i followed him out to his truck and got the invoice i asked for.Bad communications. more

I was happy with the recent cleaning of our carpet. It took a little bit longer to dry than I would have hoped - in some areas almost two full days. Other than that, I was happy with the results. more

Have always used stanley steamer not always a hundered per cent happy with results... However. So I decided to try your service.. I had three areas with spots and I still have them, for almost three hundered I expected more... FYI Have no pets, no kids Will go back to Stanly for next cleaning. more

Dryer Vent Needed Cleaning (after 21 years!) 10/1/2012
