Great job - effiecient and professional 9/25/2012

Service was punctual, after the estimate - the work began quickly and was done very well - carpet and rugs were cleaned better this time than last time and drying time was minimal. The service professional has been on this job for many years and it was evident. Minimal disruption to my work schedule and great cleaning job! more

Better Cleaning Service Than Most Other Cleaning Services! 9/25/2012

One little negative comment to make on Coit Cleaning Services. They arrived a little after the scheduled time, but they made up with their cleaning services! They do try hard to please people. They went beyond the call of duty to even sweep up my little balcony deck!. Coit, thank you for a job well done! I believe in the idea that you get what you paid for. Coit is well worth it to me. I have compared their services with other cleaning services and Coit does a better job. more

The cleaning of my carrpet and blinds was minimal and shoddy. 9/25/2012

My carpet was hardly clean and the cleaning did not last long at all (stains came back). My blinds were hardly cleaned at all. When I rubbed my finger along the edge of the blinds I collected residual dust and smudge. I will not call COIT again. Will never use this business again. 9/25/2012

They charged $264 to clean an area rug which had a little cat pee on it. They took it from our house. When I got it back the colors in the patterns were smeared. They would not refund my money unless I let them try to clean it again. That would have made it worse! You can't correct color smears. They did not tell me that cleaning my carpet in my bedroom would not include the padding underneath which had cat pee. The carpet still smelled because of the padding. They wanted over $200 to remove the padding and replace it. The installer broke one of our beds while cleaning the bedroom carpet. He did contact me and would have probably tried to fix it, but I had to have the carpet and padding totally replaced and their installers fixed the bed. I will never use this Coit service again out of Moreno Valley, CA. more

I was charged $195.00 to clean one room 9/25/2012

I will never recommend Coit to anyone. I did not have time to look for a carpet cleaner to compare price so I went with Coit being one of the biggest companies. The technician charged me $ 195.00 to clean one room. I don't like the idea that they don't tell you the approximate charge until they come out. If you don't have time to compare it is a RIP OFF!! I will be contacting their main office in the next day or so to see what they say. Beware!! more

Great service! 9/25/2012

I had used a different carpet cleaning company and was not so happy with the results. However, I didn't think there was anything that could be done about it. Well when I used Coit, the serviceman was great! I couldn't believe how clean my carpets got from his service. My husband was also pleasantly surprised. more

Carpets looked very nice, but drying time was way too long 9/25/2012

My carpets looked very good, however I was told they would be fully dry in 24 hours. It took 4 days. Even with the heat and leaving the house open for 1/2 of the days, the carpets were very saturated. That was a big disappointment. more

An excellent experience 9/25/2012

I was very impressed with the efficiency in doing business with the Coit people. From the time we made the appointment to the actual work in progress was less than a week from beginning to end. The cleaning person arrived at the agreed upon time and phone contact from the office was very helpful. The person doing the actual work was knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough. The finished job looks terrific! more

Bad job 9/25/2012

I had a rental apartment carpet cleaned and it turned out no better than it had started with. The horrible part is now their is a very bad smell to the carpet that was not there before. Kind of like a dead fish smell. Also I was quoted $175-$195 on the phone but when the guy came out he said $246 which included an undisclosed service call. I will never use them again. more

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN EVERY CATARORY 5 STARS BUT THEIR PRICES ARE WAY OUT OF WACK. FAR TOO EXPENSIVE. BUT WONDERFUL SERVICE. more
