I had a rental apartment carpet cleaned and it turned out no better than it had started with. The horrible part is now their is a very bad smell to the carpet that was not there before. Kind of like a dead fish smell. Also I was quoted $175-$195 on the phone but when the guy came out he said $246 which included an undisclosed service call. I will never use them again.
