The arranging for the service was easy. I had two area rugs to be cleaned and they were able to schedule pick up between 5 and 7pm since I work. However, for the delivery, I was told that they could not deliver that late. this seems to be very poor customer service to what is probably a large number of customers who work. Additionally, when they did deliver the areas rugs, the first time one was missing. The second time, the person delivering told me that it was noted on his schedule that I could only have delivery after noon. This was absolutely not correct. I took delivery on Saturday, both times scheduled mid-day. This was also not customer friendly. I would have preferred that both rugs be delivered on the same day even if it meant that it was longer than the 2 week period that I was told it would be for the rugs to be returned from cleaning. No one called and told me that one rug was missing and did I want to delay until the second was found. Also, no one called and told be that the second rug had been found. I ended up calling myself to see if that had occurred. more

I am happy with the service I received from Jose Ybarra, and Travis Cotner. However, they did not close my window that they had opened and I didn't discover it until days later. Basically, I was exposed for a few days because it was a guest room that I do not use every day. Nothing happened, just remind the staff to return things as they found them just to be safe. more

Coit insisted they would need to come 2 different days to clean carpet and stone. The carpet cleaning went well and we liked the service. However, we asked for a morning appointment for the stone cleaning and they left us a message that they were coming between 3 and 5 PM. When we tried to call back, there was some sort of phone problem at their end and we could not get through until the 5th attempt. So, considering all this and the very high price they were going to charge us, we canceled the appointment all together. more

I have a few spots that came back , I called and there suppose to call to come back, other than that I was satisfied with the service and have recommened the service, more

Randy was the name of the gentlemen you sent out. This is a very private and well established Ranch and he not only got very personal but asked far to many questions. He acted as if he knew me and I didn't appreciate that. Further he wanted to know who lived here, if women ran this place and even suggested that the owners most likely didn't reside here. He did the same both times he was here. He is never welcome here again! more

Once they arrive the service is excellent. Lately, I've had trouble with scheduling. There is either a computer glitch so although I have made an appointment no appointment appears on their screen. The last few times (prior to this last visit) they arrive late with no communication. more

I am always surprised at how the COIT technician is able to restore my carpets despite some heavy dirt and occasional stains. My carpet is over 20 years old and looks almost new because I have a COIT visit once or twice a year. I go to a dentist to keep my teeth and I get COIT to keep my carpet. Either one is expensive to replace! I love COIT! more
