I would have liked it better if their were more than one worker doing the work. The nice guy that did our large home was all alone and did not even take a little break in the process. He did a fine job and our home looked and smelled so clean. Thank you for your great service more

Too expensive for the service received! 11/30/2012

I had my couch, chair and ottoman cleaned and i thought the job was only marginal and the price was VERY high. I don't think the proper time was taken to do the job right. For the price I payed you think I'd get at least an hour of work. The two guys were polite but the work was not good. Very unsatisfied. more

Maybe they just got too big. I asked for a quote and a "salesman" came out and quoted everything. Problem was when the techs came out they said they couldn't do the work and that the salesman should have known. It took three visits to get carpets cleaned and floors cleaned between quotes , pick up and work completed. Always on Coit's schedule not mine. Everyone had to come out from Monrovia- not convenient to the west side of Los Angeles.I was terribly disappointed and would never use them again. I won't even get into their commercials where they say they can remove pet stains only to be told after cleaning my carpets with pet stains left that they can't remove pet stains! more

SPILLED WATER ON WOOD FLORING UNPLEASENT DEMEANER DRYER VENT CLEANER SEEMED INEXPERIENCED FILLED CONDO WITH DUST WOULD NOT HAVE COIT OUT AGAIN more

Curtains cleaned. First rate workmanship. Also, the fellow who delivered and hung the curtains after cleaning was fast, wonderfully efficient and pleasant. We would go nowhere else for this service. more

I really enjoyed meeting with Alfred. He is very customer oriented - friendly and respectful. Also, I was very fortunate to have this particular delivery man (I'm sorry I don't recall his name)because he was willing to allow me to stay at work as long as possible before meeting him at my home. He would call me when he was on his way and give me to time to get home. Really helpful!!! more

I was very disappointed that some stains were not gone. He didn't seem to work on them, just sprayed something. I could have done that myself. more

They always do a great job, not disrupting. They get in and out but are thorough. He was careful in taking care of your personal belongings more

problem with arriving on time but great when they arrived 10/11/2012

The crew originally scheduled to work didn't show up and missed their 2 hour window. I called several times and was told they were on their way and only 10 minutes out. We finally got Joshua and Mike replacing them and they did a terrific job. The crew was great but there seems to be confusion at the office. If I can get Joshua and Mike the next time we will continue with COIT. more

Excellent 10/11/2012

Carpet is 10 years old in fam. rm. and it still looks good. Cleaning job was excellent. Traffic areas were treated first. Service rep. was very polite and professional. Explained all additional services available. Careful w/furniture. Will use again. Have used Coit for cleaning drapes - also excellent. more

Had not had our carpets cleaned in 3+ years. COIT did a remarkable job refreshing them and I would recommend to everyone. more
