The crew originally scheduled to work didn't show up and missed their 2 hour window. I called several times and was told they were on their way and only 10 minutes out. We finally got Joshua and Mike replacing them and they did a terrific job. The crew was great but there seems to be confusion at the office. If I can get Joshua and Mike the next time we will continue with COIT.
