I did send the commit card, I was not happy with the work that was done.The gentlemen was very sweet but there were spots everywhere, it took two full days to dry, there were places that were dry you could tell they were not even touched.I don`t want the kid to get in trouble,but I would not refer coit. I just expected more from coits.I should have just got a $99.00 more

Exceptional cleaning of our carpet - unhappy with undisclosed service charge. 12/7/2012

Coit cleaned our carpets very well. We had called received an appointment over the phone with an estimated charge. Before our carpets were cleaned the representative told us the price plus a service charge that we were not told about. We had no choice but to pay it since he was here but would have appreciated to know about it before he arrived. This bait and switch tactic is not professional. more

Great and honest service 12/7/2012

I had a very good experience with Coit. I had some blackout drapes that I needed cleaned and I needed a new bar to hold the drapes that had been broken for some time. The drapes were too old to clean but they quoted $209.00 for the new hardware which needed to be custom made so I ordered it, a few days later they called me and told me I had been mis-quoted and the price would be $130.00, of coarse I was very happy, they easily could have gotten the $209.00 from me but they were very honest and I really appreciate that, I would definitely recommend Coit, all the guys were great!! I was very satisfied with the job done on my wood floors. The men came on time, moved the furniture, did a wonderful job, and then got out. Very professional with no time wasted, which is what I wanted. more

The work performed was done well. The Serviceman was top-notch. The only drawback was the cost. I found my receipt from Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaning from last year and their prices were far less than yours for an equally well-done job. more

The carpet cleaning is excellent. Best company I've ever used. However, I don't like your policy of always having to send out a representative so we can haggle over the price. If you're cleaning the same amount of walk space in my condo year after year, the most I would expect to have to pay is a little more than the year before if there has been a company-wide cost of living increase for all services. No, every year the sales rep tries to get me to pay an outlandish price nowhere near what other companies charge, and every year I have to say no until he comes down to a reasonable price. Makes no sense to me. more

we've used coit in the past and been very happy. Our experience was different this time. The service tech missed a whole room, left stains with his hoses and missed doing a deep cleaning in several rooms. We had to have a tech come back and and redo several areas. Also I suggest you ask people if they want the deoderant sprayed on the rugs, we hated the smell which took days to go away. more

Did a good job but price seemed high. 12/7/2012

There was some confusion about my appoitment time & we wound up staying home all day. The technician was very nice and did as good a job as possible on a very dirty sofa. I requested a quote on cleaning some vertical blinds when I requested the service. The technician didn't provide it (maybe wasn't told about it?) and I didn't want to ask as it was late & getting dark, more

Happy 12/7/2012

Eventhough my rug is almost 25 years old and I have pets, I wanted to refresh my living area for the holidays. Coit came and freshened my rung and furniture (old) for the holiday season at hand and the service was punctual, informative and was able to do what I needed. I have used Coit before and will again. My sister has also used Coit after I did. more

A Real Professional 12/7/2012

The cleaner did an excellent job on the carpet area and convinced me to do the tile grout as well. He told me about a warranty on the rug cleaning but I never received any paper work in this regard. Please advise. more
