The carpet cleaning is excellent. Best company I've ever used. However, I don't like your policy of always having to send out a representative so we can haggle over the price. If you're cleaning the same amount of walk space in my condo year after year, the most I would expect to have to pay is a little more than the year before if there has been a company-wide cost of living increase for all services. No, every year the sales rep tries to get me to pay an outlandish price nowhere near what other companies charge, and every year I have to say no until he comes down to a reasonable price. Makes no sense to me.
