Once I found the right worker, I was completely satisfied. The first crew had two follow-up calls needed. Tile never cleaned by the first crew for one location. For Restoration, minimum was done. I have a commercial account and was charged rack rates for basic carpet cleaning w/o any restoration proceedures and after signing a slew of waivers. Did not sit well with me. An adjustment to the bill should have been made. more

I had some walker/wheelchair stains on my carpet. When the serviceman went around spraying stain solution, he must have taken the sprayer off, and poured solution straight from the bottle, zig-zagging as he poured. This showed up after the carpet dried. I have called and somebody has come back twice, but the stains are still there. They weren't there before. Of course, the serviceman denies that he did that. Coit would not send a "specialist" that could determine what happened. more

I have used Coit for several years for cleaning carpets, furniture and draperies. They are always very professional very reasonably priced and get the job done in a timely manner. more

3 times I have contacted Coit for a review of the quote to stretch and clean a carpet. Every time 'someone' is supposed to call me back - nobody ever calls. For a different job, we scheduled a cleaning in the afternoon - by 5pm noone had called but after I called to inquire if anyone was coming, I was told that the job had been called in as complete. Another cleaner eventually came and did a great job. Very disappointing service from Coit's service department in both cases. I seriously doubt that I will recommend Coit after these 2 incidents. more

Rugs returned and looked good, Vents seemed fine. HOWEVER!!!! they cleaned 2 rooms in my house... DID NOT EVEN MOVE furniture.. took them a few minutes and did not take any time or effort!! TWO WEEKS LATER: Darnell, one of the loveliest representatives from Coit, came by to steam clean 3 sofas. Thought we'd have to replace them. The burgundy corduroy fabric was turning brown and slightly grungy. They've gone through the birth-toddlerhood-little boyness of one active child and several adults. We've spilled milk, juice, soda, cereal, soup, ramen . . . you name it. In a few hours the Coit system rejuvenated those sofas to brand spanking new. Can't believe my eyes. I'm seeing definition in the fabric I've never seen, or at least haven't seen in years. And the jewel tones in the pillows pop. Coit did a great job on our carpets a few weeks ago, wondered what they could do for furniture. Amazing. The commercials . . . .true, true, true. We've had other cleaning services steam our old carpets. They were wet for 5 days. (Could have been time of year we had them done - winter as opposed to summer.) This time it took only about 2 days of full summer heat. Darnell was here this morning, and it's hot today, so the sofas are nearly dry. As he advised, I keep turning them. Will stay off them for the next few days to ensure they're completely dry before sitting or laying on them. All toll . . . money well-spent. And I want to thank Darnell for his speed, promptness, and excellent work. I'm putting Coit on my yearly spring cleaning list. more

Few months ago we spilled cranberry juice on the carpet. EGADS! It looked worse and worse everyday. At first we tried Oxyclean. Stain wouldn't budge. In fact, it seemed to get darker every week. Heavy traffic area. On the verge of bleaching the huge stain we decided to have it professionally cleaned. That eyesore had to go or we'd have to replace the carpet. Coit came out. Blasted it with steam and now it's gone, baby, gone. Two rooms and hallway took about an hour. Two man team: Jose Martinez steam cleaned the carpet while his assistant moved the furniture. They came on time. Worked quickly and left our home neat and clean. I'll definitely call them again. more
