Tried COIT for carpet cleaning because I have other items in my home that need cleaning so thought I'd give them a try since they have multiple services. Although the carpets were cleaned nicely the technician broke my front screen door on his way out and never even came back to let us know. We found out when we opened our front door and found it hanging off the hinges. I called about it and Darnell was very good and fair about compensation. However, not sure I would ever use COIT again or even recommend them. Cleaning was good but technician was not honest or trustworthy.
