The carpet was in bad shape but I feel that there is a spot or two that could still come out. The technician felt like it was as good as it was going to get. 11/18/2014

I feel like that the price would be $139 even without the 30% discount, I didn't want the stain guard because we are tearing up our floors after the holidays and he said it was $139 whether I got it or not even though it's listed separately. more

Delivered wrong rug 11/18/2014

The area rug that was picked up to be cleaned was mistagged so that they brought back the wrong rug and had to deliver a day later. They apologized but did not offer anything for the inconvienience. more

Great Job Removing Pet Stain & Odor 11/18/2014

What can I say, they arrived on time, provided a written estimate before they started, provided options and explained what they could do. They removed all pet stains and odor. Cleaned up when the job was done. The carpet looks great. I will use them again. more

I had a very excellent experience with COIT Cleaning and Restoration. A very nice young man came by himself to help me. He was an absolute gem. He was friendly, very enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. The service didn't take him much time to complete. I hesitated a moment before selecting COIT's service. My friends had told me that COIT was very expensive, and that I should find a different service. But, I didn't see any other services advertising a porcelain tile clean, so I decided to try them out. All I can say is that I wouldn't cleaned the area of tile for the price I was charged. It was a great value for the money, and I will definitely use them again. more

This was the first time I worked with COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Louisville. I used them for my business. I needed some drapes pressed for a customer of mine. The technicians at COIT took care of everything. They were professional, arrived on time, very courteous and even called three minutes out when they were going to arrive. My customer was happy, so I was happy. I would recommend them. more

Quick and efficient. 10/17/2014

I had a good experience with COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Louisville.The first time I used them was to clean tile. This time I used them for carpet. They called with a special for the carpet, which is why I used them again. Everything turned out okay. They were professional and quick, but a lot of stains pulled back through after they left. more

I am very satisfied with COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Louisville. First of all their prices are really good. When I was shopping around they were actually the cheapest. When they came over to have our carpets cleaned they were really good. They were quick and answered every question that we had. He also gave us tips and was able to provide us with lots of information. more

Exceptional experience 10/7/2014

COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Louisville gave us a great experience. There were two guys that came to our house to clean the carpets and they were very professional. The work was very thorough, and they explained the process while they were cleaning. A lot of services don't do that. They also showed us the outcome of the cleaning and it was wonderful. They air quality was much better too and I can really tell the difference. more

This was my first time using COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Louisville. They cleaned out our old dryer vent and it went fine. I don't remember the guy's name that helped me off the top of my head, because the whole job took him less than thirty minutes. But, I would describe him as prompt, friendly and very informed. The overall experience was good. I would highly recommend their services. more

My experience with COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Louisville was great. I used to sell advertising to them, so I thought I would give their service a shot. They cleaned my vents and air ducts. As far as I can tell, they did not leave any dirt or residue around the areas of my home that they performed the cleaning. They also provided great customer service. I would recommend them. more
