Satisfied with work done. Somewhat disappointed with fact that only one worker showed up to clean carpeting and therefore I believe that fewer pieces of furniture could be moved for more complete and better cleaning job. The worker who showed was good as well as being polite and courteous. Thought price was high for what was done, overall, especially for Teflon treatment (applied with hand-held manual spray bottle dryer) and the dryer duct cleaning. more

COIT Cleaning and Restoration are the only people we ever use to clean our area rug. They do an excellent job. I don't have any experience with other carpet cleaning services to really compare them to, but as far as value goes, they are worth the money. The process usually takes a few days to complete. The cleaners are very nice people. They tell us what they are going to do, and how long it would take. They are timely, and keep to the schedule they tell us. The cleaner usually tells us the correct amount of time it takes to allow the cleaning solutions to dissipate. If you are are looking to get your area rugs or carpets cleaned, I would definitely recommend COIT. more

Left my house a mess. Didn't have things to put under furniture so left chairs in kitchen and foot stools on furniture. Every piece of furniture had something piled on it. 9/9/2014

Called and shared my disappointment in how my house was left and I did get money off next visit but not sure I want a next visit. more

We hired Coit to clean our vents and our basement carpet. The estimate and subsequent service went very smooth. They were on time and did a fantastic job. The employees were very polite and professional. All for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their services. more

The sales call was a great experience. Sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. His visit put me at ease and increased my trust in the company. I knew I was going to be treated with honesty and respect. My rugs came back clean and more importantly, in tact. I've had other companies damage my oriental rugs. The young man who reinstalled clean rugs was also friendly and professional. Thanks Coit for living up to your great reputation. more
