Professional workmen, but expensive experience. 12/16/2014

The workmen were very professional. However, my ducts were not dirty (about a cupful of dirt) and it was very expensive. I obtain more dirt than that with a vacuum every week. I have lived here 12 years and thought it a good idea to clean ducts. Isn't there a test that could have been performed first, to determine if the service was necessary? more

The people at COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Louisville really know what they're doing. We had them clean our ducts, shades, and carpets, and they did really well. They were quick, fast, polite, clean, and very good overall. They made sure to explain everything they were doing, and I really appreciated that. We've been using them for three years now, and will continue to use them. more

I have used COIT Cleaning and Restoration twice now. The first time they came in and cleaned all of my air ducts. There was stuff coming out of the registers within half an hour after you'd dust. After they were done it was very minimal. They also did my upholstery and cleaned the wood floor and tiles in the bathroom. Everything turned out well. The staff was great; everyone was very nice and arrived on time. If I had known that they do restorative projects, I would have let them do my sister-in-law's house. I'd definitely use them again! more

Did not clean under bed 12/4/2014

Once it dried and I went upstairs, I saw that under the day bed next to the wall that there were dead bugs under the bed along the baseboard. more

We have had COIT for several years doing the cleaning of rugs in our house. The representative was very professional and explained exactly what he was going to do and the cost. My one observation is that each representative should explain the minimum cost so as to not overcharge a customer if they only want one room done that is less than the minimum charge. more

COIT Cleaning and Restoration came to our house to clean our carpets, but he left them wet for about 3 days. I was not too exited about it and was not satisfactory; I would not call them again. more

COIT Cleaning and Restoration did duct cleaning for us and then when our daughter bought a house, we wanted COIT to go through it since it was extremely dirty. They did a fine job and cleaned very fast and on-time. They got it done and we're pleased with the work they did. more

Service not what I expected 11/24/2014

For the price paid to clean 2 room areas and 13 steps, I expected a better result. I live in a household with limited traffice and a 12lb house trained dog. A representative from Coit examined my carpet PRIOR to setting my appointment, I revealed all areas of concern (the normal high traffice areas) and was informed that "my carpet was in good shape and no areas veiwed were cause for major concern". Throughout the cleaning process, I was constantly informed of "various stains of concern". The cleaning crew, however, was pleasant. more
