Good service; quality of area rug cleaning not so good 11/24/2014

The service, i.e. pick up of an area rug was very professional, prompt, and informative. The price quoted was very reasonable. The return of my area rug was just a little late according to the schedule, which happened to be ok as my schedule was not full that day. The rug (wool with silk threads) smelled clean but didn't look clean at all in spots. Disappointed; was expecting a cleaner look, and it seemed that it looks dirtier in places now (there were no spills, spots, to begin with). I will not use services for area rug cleaning again, but am not opposed to trying other services in the future. more

Not what I expected 11/24/2014

The person performing the service couldn't be more friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. Our grout cleaning turned out as I expected but the carpet I was disappointed. The bedroom had three stains I expected to be improved but they look the same. After Aaron left, there was a "stench" coming from our carpet like old water that stayed for about a week. I expected the house to have a fresh smell and it only stunk. Doesn't the carpet cleaning include some kind of freshener or good smell other than old water? Overall disappointed to spend $500 for the service. If I knew what the end result would have been I would have not hired Coit and tried to perform the work myself. more

Service was very good. Did not like the minimum charge. 11/24/2014

Your employee arrived on time and did a very good job. He told me what he was going to do and what results I could expect. I did not like the minimum service charge because I only had one area that really needed to be cleaned. I let him clean a chair I otherwise would not have done in order to meet the minimum charge. more

An estimate was given for two rooms. When the young man arrived he was concerned that the second room was an area rug. He did honor the estimate, cleaned both spaces very well, and we were very happy with the results. We will definitely recommend you to others. more

The rug I hated and wanted to replace is now a rug I like again. It looks like a new rug after being cleaned. The Coit people were very professional and good to work with. I would definitely recommend Coit. more

Arrived on time and worked efficiently 11/23/2014

I set up the appointment for carpet cleaning through the website. I did not get a call back confirming the appointment until the day before the scheduled date. I would have liked more notice since it meant requesting time off from work. The technician arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. After the carpet dried, I was slightly disappointed in the results. The pile did not look as refreshed as I had hoped. Perhaps it is the type of carpet we own. more

My carpet in Clean! 11/23/2014

We've used another service for several years and the carpet looked clean, for a couple of weeks and then old spots would reappear. We don't know what the difference is with Coit but this is the 2nd time we've used them to clean our carpets and they look almost brand new, even months afterward. more
