Duct Cleaning a Snap 3/16/2015

Had scheduled Coit to come clean my ductwork, since it had been about 9 years since it was last done. The service crew had a cancellation and called to see if I wanted them there earlier. Worked it out and they came in, did their job and packed it up. I appreciated how the two-man crew came in and prepped, laid out covers, explained what they were going to do and then got to work. No playing around and right to business. Loved it. Saw the pile of crud from the ductwork and was certainly glad they came. Excellent job! more

Professional Company 3/16/2015

I had a Coit professional give a estimate on a rental property that I own, they had pets and the carpet was severely stained and the Coit professional was honest and recommend replacing the flooring. I will definitely use them in the future. They were honest with me. more

Very quick and very clean 3/16/2015

The guys showed up on one of the rainiest days ever, and yet they did not bring a drop of mud or dirt in with them. They were very thorough in their explanation of the process of vent cleaning, and took great pains to be sure our vents were cleaned. The house is 35 years old, and the vents have never been cleaned, so there was a lot of junk in there. The guys were great, too. Very personable. more

I thought coit had some first class equipment to clean my vents, it wasn't as good as the fly by nighters I had to do it last time, and nearly 4 times rhe cost. it seems to have just steered the dust up rather than take it out, my walls were covered with dust and hair in a matter of days after you cleaned the vents. and it usually takes months to accumulate. I cleaned the walls after you all left and it came right back. RESPONSE FROM COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Louisville: Please call us. I would defiantly hire Coit again. The Tech’s appeared to be happy to work for Coit and upbeat. I liked that a lot. I had all blinds, ducks and the carpet cleaned. Very satisfied with the results. more

This was my first time using COIT Cleaning and Restoration and I enjoyed their service. The gentlemen that arrived to do the work were very professional and friendly. They were very thorough with cleaning the furniture in my living room and charged a fair price. I would recommend them highly. more

COIT Cleaning and Restoration does excellent work. I had terrible stains on my carpet and the technician was able to carefully remove all of them. I was impressed by how efficiently he worked. He was also polite and knowledgeable. I was very happy with everything. more

Plantation Blind & Silk Area Rug Cleaning 2/2/2015

Everything explained from pick up to delivery. They removed and replaced all items. Very professional and curtious. Blinds & Hand Looped Silk Area Rug came back in like new condition. Very pleased and will use again when needed. more

Consistently a Job Well Done 2/1/2015

I am pleasantly surprised every single time I've used COIT (which is many years) how professional and polite the COIT employees are. They let me know up front if they can get something clean. In fact, the last cleaning I was having done, the employee read the instructions on the back of the rug and I needed to get it dry cleaned, not carpet cleaned. Thank you to COIT and I will continue to recommend! more
