I had a good experience with COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Louisville.The first time I used them was to clean tile. This time I used them for carpet. They called with a special for the carpet, which is why I used them again. Everything turned out okay. They were professional and quick, but a lot of stains pulled back through after they left.
