Good but Expensive 5/7/2017

Good service but rather on the expensive side. The ducts were very clean and the carpets seemed to be clean also but I still found this very expensive. more

All the representatives were courteous and went right to their tasks. The "annual" rug cleaning was well done and on schedule. The tile work was fast and looks great. more

Very Good Job 5/4/2017

I have used COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Louisville several times. They have pretty fair prices and they really do a good job. They usually just do my rugs, but, this last time I had them also clean the curtains from 3 rooms in my house. I wasn't disappointed. The 2 guys that came to give me the estimate and took the rugs away and also the 2 different guys that brought them back were awesome. They were all very professional and nice. I will call them again and absolutely recommend them to other people. more

Professional and quality cleaning 5/4/2017

We received very good service. The appointment was kept on time. The pricing was a little high to us as we have not used a furniture cleaning service in the past. The discount helped somewhat. We will try the carpet cleaning service next time. more

Duct cleaning I thought rather expensive. 5/3/2017

They forgot to deodorize after cleaning. 5/2/2017

The guy did a good job of cleaning but forgot to deodorize. Now, someone has to come out again to complete the job. This is an inconvenience. more

Good service 5/2/2017

The Coit team came by to give an estimate on Friday and came by Saturday to get the carpets cleaned. Quick service, great job on the carpets. Only thug was that to me the price was a bit high. Apart from that I would definitely use them again. They were also able to email my receipt to me after I lost mine more

I was amazed at the amount of animal hair and whatever else the children have dropped down the vents, they pulled out. We've been in the house since the end of 03 and the woman who lived there prior had several dogs. Amazing the difference in air flow coming out of the vents as well. more

The guy that did the job was a very nice guy but after he left I realized he didn't move anything just cleaned around they I.e. Small stool and small deck chair. Carpet and bath floor clean after he finished more
