My granddaughter and i went by on a whim one afternoon without an appointment, but they were gracious in allowing her to try on bridal gowns. In fact, she found one she loved, except that it was in a champagne color, actually a beige. The consultant said they could order it in ivory, and when i asked for a swatch, she said they didn't have one, but could show us another gown from the same manufacturer in that color. The one she showed us was a lovely soft antique white, so we ordered it. \r

Three months later, the dress came in. When we saw it, we were shocked. It was yellow. The consultant who had helped us no longer worked there. My granddaughter was in tears and I was wondering where we could get another dress in time.. The consultant looked at our faces, sized up the situation, and went to get the owner\r

And she solved the problem! The dress was a slender flowing column, with a full beaded overlay. She brought out a piece of antique white satin, and held it under the beading, and voila! it transformed it, as only the underdress was yellow. At her own expense, she ordered fabric, and had a new underdress made for the gown. i appreciated that very much; it was the sort of customer service one likes to find in a business, but doesn't very often.\r

The gown as remade was beautiful and my granddaughter beautiful in it. The owner of Bride Bautoful saved the day for her.
